P90X iCal Generator

Generate P90X and P90X3 calendars in iCal (.ics file) format for importing into Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, and others.

Built-in support for generating calendars from a list of events in a text file. Simply select that option from the drop-down and when everything is set, click “Save” to begin the process of loading the text file. Each line will be a single event and each event will be scheduled daily. Enter “[SKIP]” for any days that no event should be scheduled.

Use the “Modify” tab to insert a delay in an existing, downloaded iCal file at a specified date and duration. Just starting out with P90X and find yourself too sore to continue with the next week? Insert a delay of 7 days to take the week off and continue where you left off later. Going on vacation? Insert a delay. But don’t be a vegetable!

Updates are not fully tested and you may have to just delete the old calendar and import the modified version if it does not work.
