Binary Converter NET is a program created in vb.net to convert numeral systems, such as: convert binary to decimal, hexadecimal to octal or octal to binary and vice versa.

Also the program supports many more conversions and simple program log which shows your calculations.

This program can work without install but the Microsoft .NET Framework is required.
