The Dynamic Multispecies Metabolic Modeling (DyMMM [dĭm]) framework is a mathematical modeling tool that integrates multiple constraint-based metabolic models into a single dynamic community metabolic model. The DyMMM framework was formerly known as the DMMM framework.
