This NS-2 module provides an API to develop & deploy a wide variety of heterogeneous and interoperable wireless network scenarios with the aim is to provide users with ubiquitous connectivity and highest availability to seamlessly across wireless networks in a given topology for different mobility models. This work is based on the IEEE 802.21 working group on Media Independent Handovers (MIH) implementation and standardized by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
