This software will help in the management of Admissions / Withdrawals of Staffs & Students & also processing of Exam Marks of all Monastic Universities. Designed with goals of Simplicity & packaged with all necessary open source tools to get you into action, straightaway.
Just download the file given above, then double click to extract it to a Disk Partition, with lots of free space, & then right-click files with names starting with 1 to 8 to run them as administrator, to install the software. Then, click windows start button, type SAS and click the HTTP entry. This opens up a browser screen with login prompt.
Login with either operator id or mdoperator id or lbmanager or usermanager, for doing register entry, marks entry, listbox data entry or pass. change / create users resp’ly. Default pass for all ids: thupten
You can generate ID CARD, MARKS SHEET or Annual EXAM Results Report.

- Very Easy to install and operate. Just right click files numbered 1 to 8 and Run as Administrator. Press Enter Key when prompted.
- Can operate from multiple computers too for more data entry. Just note the http address shown in the browser and use the same on other PCs.
- Starting and stopping the system everyday is automatically done with the PC Startup and Shutdown
- Clicking the Backup link will backup all appl. data to all connected drives, both hard drives and usb drives, with rotation of the backup folder after a week. The Application drive is excluded from keeping backups to avoid clutter.
- Clicking the Maintenance link will boost the performance of the application
- Can create and maintain multi-institution operators and their data entry, isolatedly, on the same system
- Except for a few descriptive data fields, most data is selection based, i.e. from list boxes, maintained by the lbmanager login, for higher accuracy and speed
- Photos and Scanned documents can be maintained for each student and staff on the system. Can use the same JPG photo for both stamp and full size. if photos are not getting displayed, then click Replace while uploading.
- Can pull all the data out in spreadsheet format, for numerous analysis of input data. Just click the Fetch Data link, to generate all CSV data
- Except for Registration Number ( ID ) and Nationality, data not applicable / not available to you, can be left blank and saved. No compulsion forced by the system.
- Rules that maintain uniqueness of data in listboxes, thereby avoiding duplicates and clutter, will be seen in the lbmanager login. Error messages will be shown if duplicating data is attempted. The last few words of the error messages indicate the cause of the error.
- If you need to maintain additional data about students, you can use the the Remarks field
- System can be entirely operated with keyboard itself for faster data entry. Use Tab key for navigation, Alt + Down Arrow keys for opening listboxes, with arrow keys / enter key for selection in them, Space key for ticking checkboxes and also clicking Save / Other buttons
- Passwords in the system are displayed and also converted to md5 encryption immediately upon change, for tighter security
- Timezone can be set to your region while installing the software.
- Use F11 key to toggle between Full screen / Normal screen work
