NREM

NREM is a software program for studying the dynamic regulatory model and detecting time-specific regulatory events for time-series gene expression data. The regulatory events are represented as bifurcation events which can be explained by transcription factors (TFs) selectively regulation a particular gene subset out of the split. The core algorithms and interfaces of NREM were written in java language.
