OSCAR (Open Source Clinical Application and Resource) is an open source web-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Initially developed at McMaster University, OSCAR is one of Canada’s widely implemented EMRs, suitable for general practitioners, specialists public health units.

OSCAR EMR’s official source code is now hosted on Bitbucket. What does this mean?
