If you need a quick way to dump the payload data from TCP/UDP packets in a wireshark capture file (.pcap), pcapdatacopy will meet your needs. Either an individual file or folder containing multiple files can be processed. In addition there are options available to define the IP header size and the offset in the payload data to start copying from.
