Sticker is a free .NET Desktop PostIt Note solution for Windows. Its design aims to be aesthetic and functional instead of being overloaded with features. The application’s purpose is to replace real PostIt Notes – no more, no less.

The SourceForge Speed Test measures Latency/Ping, Jitter, Download Speed, Upload Speed, Buffer Bloat, and Packet Loss. Upon completion, you can view detailed reports about your connection.
