SVR-py

The python implementation of the Selective Variance Reduction (SVR) technique is presented with clustering and classification support.
The 2 components being, a) SVR MeGa script (svr_mg.py) & b) library (svrmg_myf.py).
Data are included.

The scripts are developed in Python 3.5. Numpy, Scypy, SciKit-learn are the main py libraries used.
