TA Scheduler

This program is a utility to help teachers assign TA’s in the Computer Science
Department at Central Washington University. The program reads in a .csv formatted
schedule as well as either .csv, .xls, or .xlsx formatted TA applications. This
project was created by me and 3 other students at Central Washington University
as our class project in the spring of 2011. Each of us contributed to separate parts of the project.
