Twitch Stream Launcher is meant to be (unofficial) Livestreamer GUI for Windows.
TSL uses public Twitch API to download current information about streams, display them and launch Livestreamer.

The SourceForge Speed Test measures Latency/Ping, Jitter, Download Speed, Upload Speed, Buffer Bloat, and Packet Loss. Upon completion, you can view detailed reports about your connection.
